Introduction to Staff Recruitment & Selection

S&T recognizes that high-quality staff are the backbone that allows the university to carry out its mission. Supervisors and human resources must work together to effectively attract and hire highly qualified talent to have the right people in the right jobs at the right time. This track will focus on recruitment, including planning, sourcing, and legal considerations as well as the selection process including developing interview questions, applicant screening criteria, and candidate selection.
