Introduction to the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA)

The Introduction to the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) track provides supervisors with the knowledge to determine when an employee’s absence may be FMLA related and what their obligations are under the law and University policies. Since many employees don’t know about, understand, or may have misconceptions about Family and Medical Leave (FML), supervisors play an important role in FMLA compliance.
