Supervisor Development Series - A Certificate Program

**Please note that this Journey is being redeveloped. There are no live sessions being held for the current platform, so those that have not already completed the live sessions will not be able to completely finish this Journey. We expect the new version to be available in early to mid 2025. Supervisors of staff hold the important role at the University in terms of realizing the UM System vision of excellence. This program is intended to provide staff, new to the supervisor role, or new to the role at the University, the information and resources they need to be effective managers of resources and supervisors of their staff, while being compliant with HR laws and University policies. We will gather feedback via surveys pre-series and post-series as well as throughout the series using short polls. We will use the collected data to continuously improve each session and the series.
